This report summarises the research on the impacts of thermal bridging mitigation (TBM) undertaken to
allow the regulatory proposal to be evaluated by the RIS. It also provides a case study of costs and benefits for one house in various climate zones to identify the specific impacts of thermal bridging mitigation.
