Guideline Preparing PFC

This Guideline assists in developing a proposal to change the NCC. It describes the information that should be included when completing a Proposal for Change (PFC) form. Proposals prepared in accordance with this Guideline will assist the ABCB and its technical advisers in assessing the proposal and its potential impact.
